A way to thank and honor Becky and Walt….

Many of you have been touched by having Becky Geerdes and/or Walt Rogers in your life in some way as a friend, co-worker, LUG leader, mentor, someone who has reached out to your children, etc! As many of you know, Becky is retiring at the end of the school year and Walt is heading a new direction and is running for public office. We want to let them each know how much they have affected people’s lives throughout the years being in student ministry. We know they will both continue to touch lives as they enter these new phases and we would love to encourage and thank them!

What we are asking of you……………….

Join us on Wednesday, May 7 th, the last Big House of the year…to celebrate and pray for Becky and Walt.

Big House is from 7:10-7:50 p.m. in the Community Center of OHC. Please join us for worship, teaching, and then a special time to honor Becky and Walt at the end of Big House. Everyone is invited. We thought it would be really fun to have a big group of students, alumni, parents, church members, etc. there to honor them.

We are making separate scrapbooks to present to Becky and to Walt at Big House on May 7 th. We’d love pictures, letters, memories, stories, or any other creative thing you can think of to share with either of them. We will be putting these scrapbooks together and need all of these things by Monday, April 28 th. You can send or email or drop things off to:
