Payment Schedule for CARAVAN17

We want to help each registrant be financially responsible and help to budget over the course of the year to pay for the trip. We have set up the below payment schedule to help breakdown the large bulk payment into smaller more manageable amounts. You may pay more than the amount due at any time or even your entire balance.

Payment Schedule:

Total Cost: $749 (Early Bird Price - goes up to $799 February 15th)

Deposit: $150

  • Deposit of $150 is required with registration and is non-refundable! 
  • 2nd Payment of $200 is due on/before March 1st, 2017
  • 3rd Payment of $200 is due on/before April 5th, 2017
  • 4th and Final Payment of $200 is due on/before June 1st, 2017 or at the student/parent pre-trip meeting whichever is later (*Pre-Trip meeting date to be announced)

Caravan accepts cash, check, or credit card.

Note: Cancellation of a student at any point after initial registration will need to be done by contacting one of the Caravan administrators listed below. $150 deposit will not be refunded. Any additional refunds depend on the date of cancelation.

Automatic $50 sibling discount for households with multiple students going on Caravan.
