Your cost includes: Transportation (charter bus or 15-passenger van); 4 nights lodging at YMCA of the Rockies in Winter Park, Colorado; 1 night lodging at Hyatt Place Denver South in Denver, Colorado; 11 meals; sessions at the Student Life conference with speaker Stuart Hall and worship with Worth Dying For; admission to WaterWorld in Denver; bus snacks and a t-shirt. |

| Payment: |
You may make a payment to your Caravan account at any time! Some students choose to pay a little bit all winter and spring, and some choose to pay in one or two lump sums. Remember your payment deadlines of a $100 deposit, another payment due April 1st, and your final payment due June 1st.
Caravan payment may be made with cash, check, or credit card. Please do not mail cash.
Cash or check may be brought to Orchard Hill Church (either leave your payment in the black drop box in the student ministry hallway, or come to office #130). If no one is available, you can also take your payment to the main office at Orchard Hill.
Checks should be made payable to CARAVAN. Credit card payments can be made online for a small fee. |
| Refunds: |
Your $100.00 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no refunds or transfers after May 1, 2009. |

11 meals are included in the cost of your trip!
Plan to pay for approximately 5 road meals. |
| Extras: |
There is a lot to do on Caravan! Student Life and the YMCA camp in Winter Park offer a lot of activities students can participate in once they arrive at camp! Go hiking or fishing, play mini golf or volleyball, or go through a ropes course! Or maybe you’d like to relax in the coffee shop, play cards on the patio, or just sit and chat while enjoying the scenery around you! The options are endless! Many optional activities are free and some require a deposit.
Whitewater rafting (4 hours) will cost $38
Horseback riding (1 hour) will cost $30
The mission option (2-3 hours) is free
You will NOT be able to add these options on the trip, so please decide carefully!
You'll need to be prepared to pay for these options by Monday, June 1st, at the parent meeting. As soon as you let us know which option(s) you'd like to add, we'll update your online account so you know your full account balance. Your entire balance is due at the parent meeting on June 1st.
